- Ticket sales are final, nonrefundable, and cannot be exchanged except for members who may exchange tickets up to 24-hours before the performance, subject to availability.

- Late-comers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and may have to stand or take seats, if available, in the rear of the theater.

- Building access: The Dennis Union Church has designated handicapped parking spaces as well as ramp access to our buildings.
- Seating: Accessible seating locations for patrons with visibility, auditory or mobility needs are available on an individual show basis. Chairs can be removed for wheelchair access. Please contact our box office to reserve accessible seating. Mobility devices may not be left in walkways, our ushers can help you safely store mobility devices during the performance.
- Service animals: While pets are not allowed at ETC performances, all service dogs are welcome. Emotional support or comfort animals are not allowed. Service animals must perform tasks related to the handler’s disability. Service dogs must be leashed at all times and will share the seating area of their handler, aisles and walkways must be kept clear for safety.
